Feedback
The committee usually hears how a hire went only when it went badly. Switch on Feedback (under Bookings) and, the morning after each hire, the hirer is emailed a link to a short private page: a score out of five, what was good, and anything to put right. Hirers with the app also see a How was it? button on the booking for a month afterwards.
A score at or below the level you choose (2 or less to start with) is emailed to the committee straight away. If the hirer ticks “something is broken”, what they wrote becomes a fault report, so it is on the Faults screen and the job sheet until somebody fixes it.
A regular group is asked by email at most once every 90 days (you can change it), not every week. They can still answer in the app any time.
The average score and the number of answers are on the Feedback screen, and in the annual report for trustees and grant applications. Only the committee sees the answers. After-hire feedback is on the Standard plan.
For example: The morning after her daughter’s party, Mrs Henderson gets an email and gives the hall 4 out of 5: “Lovely kitchen, but the heating took an hour to warm up.” At the AGM, the annual report says hirers rated the hall 4.6 out of 5 from 38 answers.
