📘 The yearbook

Communications → Yearbook builds the end-of-season yearbook from what Pavilion already holds, as a PDF in your club’s colour with its logo, and an online copy members read in the members’ app.

Making it

  1. Press New yearbook, choose the season and press Create.
  2. Choose who is named: only members who have agreed to appear in club publications (the default), or everybody except members who have said no.
  3. Untick any sections you do not want, and use the arrows to put them in order.
  4. Type the message from the club, add your own pages and photos, and tick any members to remember.
  5. Press Save, then Download the PDF or See it online to check it.
  6. Press Publish to members. It appears on the members’ app home screen, and members can be told in the app.

What Pavilion fills in

  • The year at a glance: members, new members, matches, roll-up days and rink bookings.
  • Competition winners and runners-up, and the honours board of past winners.
  • League tables, and friendly results with the season’s record.
  • Player statistics: most games and best win rate, for members who have played at least three games and may be named.
  • New members welcomed, and the season’s events.

Privacy

Members say whether they agree to appear in club publications on their record (Named in Club Publications) or in the members’ app. Anybody who may not be named shows as “a club member” or is counted rather than named. Contact details, money and safeguarding records are never used. Only add photos of members who are happy to be pictured.

Part of the Standard plan.
