Support — Når Premium sættes på pause
Premium features depend on the licence being confirmed with ModuleFest. The plugin checks once a day. If WP-Cron isn’t running, it checks the next time anyone opens a SEN screen in wp-admin instead.
Premium pauses in two cases, and comes back in one step:
1 The paid period ends Premium carries on for the grace period after the renewal date — normally 7 days — then pauses until the licence is renewed.
2 The licence can’t be confirmed for 14 days A short outage makes no difference. After 14 days with no successful check — the site can’t reach ModuleFest, or it has been unlinked — Premium pauses until the next one succeeds.
3 Refresh licence Once the site can reach ModuleFest again, press Refresh licence on this screen. Premium comes straight back.
Nothing is ever deleted. While Premium is paused, its screens are hidden or read-only; every absence, cover arrangement and photo stays where it is and reappears as soon as the licence is confirmed.
Each answer from ModuleFest is signed, and the plugin checks that signature before it will unlock anything, so a licence cannot be talked up by editing what the site has stored.
