How a guest or visitor is signed in and recorded on the day.
1Visitor arrives
A guest turns up — perhaps brought by a member, or a roll-up visitor.

2Sign in as a visitor
On the sign-in tablet they tap “I’m a visitor”, type their name and the name of the member bringing them, and say whether they’re coming to bowl.

This decides whether a green/guest fee applies.
Yes → they’re down to play — collect any guest green fee your club charges. | No → just visiting the bar or clubhouse — usually no fee. |

4Recorded automatically
The visit appears in the day’s attendance list and on the printable Visitors & Sign-ins report, with who they came with and their sign-in time.

5Sign out
They sign out on the way home, or the nightly auto sign-out closes it.
💡 Tip: The Visitors & Sign-ins report (Reports → Attendance) gives you a dated log of all guests — handy for guest-fee reconciliation and for keeping an eye on visitor numbers.
