A page on your website listing the groups that meet at the hall — the yoga class, the toddler group, the choir — with their usual day and time and their sessions for the next few weeks. It comes straight from the bookings, so when the yoga class moves to Thursdays the page already says so.

Nobody is listed unless they agree. A group is listed with a name for the public, a line about what they do and how to get in touch, and only those words are shown: never the hirer’s own name, email or phone, and never a private party. Hirers can list or unlist themselves under Your account in their app, or the committee can do it on the Hirers screen, having asked them.

Only bookings that are going ahead are shown — confirmed, invoiced or paid — so an enquiry or a cancelled session never appears. Switch it on and make the page on the What’s on screen, or put [hallpro_whats_on] on a page of your own. weeks="8" shows further ahead; show="groups" shows only the groups, show="sessions" only the dates; with several halls, hall="2" shows one hall.

For example: Tuesday Yoga ticks “List us” in their app and writes “Gentle yoga for all ages, mats provided — just turn up”. The page now shows “Tuesday Yoga — Tuesdays, 10:00–11:30, Main Hall”, with their website, and each Tuesday in the next four weeks.

Questions people ask

A group has a week off.
Cancel that booking and the date disappears from the page. Their usual day and time stay.

Can one-off events be listed, like a jumble sale?
Yes: list the hirer, and the date shows under the coming weeks with its time.
