Price list

The “Hire charges” page on your website, built from what HallPro actually charges, so it is never out of date. Put [hallpro_prices] on a page, or press “Make the Hire charges page for me” on the Rate Rules screen.

For each room: how many people it holds, the standard hourly rate, the evening and all-day rates, and your rate rules grouped by kind of hirer (with a rule’s own description when it has one). Then the room’s extras. After the rooms: the heating and energy charges, damage deposits, your cancellation terms, and whether prices include VAT. A button links to your booking page.

Options: hall="2" for one hall’s rooms, room="5" for one room, deposits="no" and terms="no" to leave those out.

For example: The treasurer raises the evening rate from £15 to £18 an hour on the Rooms screen. The website’s Hire charges page says £18 straight away, and so does the next invoice.
