Assiduidade — Ausências reportadas pelos pais

Where to find it: the Reported by parents panel at the top of this Attendance screen, which is always there — it says “Nothing waiting” when no parent has reported one. Staff absence is a different thing and lives on Cover & resourcing → Absences.

Parents can report an absence from the Willow family app. Those reports appear in a panel at the top of this screen. The register is never changed automatically — you mark it yourself, then choose Acknowledge (or Needs a call if you want to follow it up). The reasons parents can pick from are set by the school.
