Set up booking reminders
Automatic email and text reminders, worded per service, that keep customers coming back.
1 Switch them on Settings → Booking reminders: tick the master switch.
2 Word them per service Pet Central → Reminders: set the email and text wording for each booking type (Groomer, Walker, Sitter, Trainer). Blank boxes fall back to a sensible default.
3 Set each pet frequency On a pet, set “Rebook every X weeks/months” and the reminders on/off switch.
4 Add texts (optional) Connect Twilio in Settings to also send reminders by SMS. Email works without it.
5 Let it run About a week before a booking the owner gets a confirm reminder; when a rebooking is due they get a one-off nudge to book again.
