🧭 Loggføre banevedlikehold
Set up your product register once, then log jobs and readings as you go.
1 Add your products On the Products tab, add the fertilisers, dressings, seed and any pesticides you use — with MAPP number, analysis, stock and a reorder level.
2 Log a job On the Diary tab, choose the operation (mow, feed, spray…), the area and, if relevant, the product and rate. Add labour time and the weather. Used a product? the quantity comes off its stock automatically. Closing the green? use the status strip to close it — members are notified.
3 Record readings On the Readings tab, log green speed (and moisture, thatch, pH…). After two or more readings you’ll see a trend line.
4 Watch the strip The status strip keeps the green’s open/closed state, the latest green speed and any low-stock count in front of you every time you open the page.
💡 Tip: Everything is capability-gated: give grounds staff the Greenkeeper role so they can log work without full admin access.
