Engineers
Each engineer gets their own login and sees only their own jobs in the phone app. Assign a job to someone from the job screen, and filter the diary by engineer. You stay the only one who sees money, quotes and invoices.
For example: Add Dan with his email address. He gets an email to set a password, signs in on his phone, and adds the app to his home screen.
