Planning board

The whole team’s week on one screen: each person is a row, each day a column. Drag a job to another day or another person to move it; it keeps its start time. Jobs still to book in wait in the tray on the right; drag one onto the board to book it. On a phone or tablet, tap a job, then tap where it should go.

For example: Dan is off sick on Thursday: drag his three Thursday jobs to Sam’s row, or to Friday.

What if it overlaps?
You’re told which job it clashes with, and can move it anyway or leave it where it was.

Does the customer hear about it?
If booking confirmations are switched on in Messages, a job moved to another day sends the customer the new date. Moving it to another person on the same day doesn’t.
