Version numbers and upgrades
The version in version.php is the one true answer; the Overview screen, the API and the app all read it from there. Three files the browser loads directly carry a copy so their cache clears on upgrade. "php tools/version.php –check" confirms they still agree, and it also refuses to pass if the changelog has no entry for the current version.
