The search box

The dashboard has a search box that looks across clients, invoices, tickets and domains at once, so a customer on the phone can be found without knowing which list they are in. Type a name, company, email or phone number to find a client; an invoice or ticket number to jump to that one; or a domain to reach whoever owns it. Two letters is enough to start, and results are grouped by type with the most useful few of each — it is a way to jump straight to something, so for browsing the full lists are still there. Every result opens the same screen you would reach by hand, so a hit is one tap from the thing itself.
