Getting the app onto a home screen

Android and desktop Chrome show an install prompt automatically once the app has a manifest, an icon of at least 192px, and a service worker. iOS has no prompt: people use Share, then Add to Home Screen. The app detects iOS Safari and shows that instruction itself.
