Verifying the cPanel certificate

To open cPanel, the app signs the customer in through the cPanel server's own API over a secure connection. That connection's certificate is checked by default. Some servers present a self-signed or hostname-mismatched certificate on their API port, which makes the check fail and cPanel not open. If that happens, turning this off lets the sign-in proceed without the check. Leave it on unless opening cPanel fails for that reason.
