The sixty-day window for clubs that already had Pavilion (ended)
When the plans arrived in August 2026, a club that was already running Pavilion kept every feature for sixty days, so nothing was taken away overnight while the club decided whether to buy.
From 10.68.0 the window is retired. Every genuine window had run its course, and the window itself could be restarted by editing the database, which unlocked Pavilion Pro with no licence at all. Now only a licence answer signed by ModuleFest unlocks Standard or Premium features.
If your club has a paid licence, nothing changes. If it does not, the site runs as Basic: bookings, the rota, members, applications, renewals and the reports all keep working, and nothing is deleted. The paid screens come back the day a licence is bought.
Common questions
- We had the window and our paid features have gone.
- The club has no verified Standard or Premium licence. Buy a plan on the ModuleFest store, then press Check my licence now on any Pavilion screen or Fetch my licence on Tools → Licensing. Everything you entered is still there.
