📋 Stocktake

The stocktake page lets you check every registered equipment item in a single session. For each item you record: condition found (New/Good/Fair/Poor/Missing) and current location. Items that haven’t been checked in 6 months are flagged as overdue.

Access from the Equipment page or via the command palette (Ctrl+K → Stocktake). Each check is logged with a timestamp and your name for audit purposes.

Common questions

How often should we do a stocktake?

At the start and end of each season is recommended, plus after any major event.

Can I filter by category?

Yes — use the category filter on the Asset Report page to see keys, equipment, uniforms separately.
