💷 Fees & Subscriptions

The Fees settings define the subscription amounts your club charges for each membership type, plus session and hire fees.

Membership Fees

  • Sports member fee — full playing member annual subscription
  • Guest bowling fee — per-visit fee charged to guests brought by members
  • Hire session fee — per-session fee for public hire bookings
  • Hire equipment fee — additional charge for equipment use on hire bookings
  • Hire deposit — deposit collected at the point of hire booking

Membership Number Prefix

Set a short prefix (e.g. MBR, ABC) under Settings → Club → General. Member numbers are generated as PREFIX-001, PREFIX-002 and so on automatically when new members are created.

Where Fees Are Used

  • Renewal invoices sent to members show the correct fee for their membership type
  • The member portal checkout uses the sports member fee for online subscription payments
  • Public hire confirmation emails quote the session fee and deposit

Common questions

Can different membership types have different fees?
Currently all sports/full members use the same fee. Different types (junior, social, winter) can be invoiced manually at the correct amount from the member profile Finance tab.
Where do I set fees?
Settings → Club → Fees tab. Also accessible via Settings nav bar → Fees, or the Setup Wizard → Membership & Fees step.
Do fee changes affect existing invoices?
No — changes only affect new invoices generated after the change. Existing invoices retain their original amounts.
