How a membership renewal moves from due to paid.
1Renewal becomes due
At the start of the season (or on the member’s anniversary) their renewal falls due.

2Request goes out
They receive a renewal request showing the amount for their membership type and how to pay.

?How do they pay?
The payment is recorded either way.
Pays online → the payment is captured automatically and they are marked renewed. | Cash / cheque / BACS → record the payment against their record by hand from the Renewals or Accounts screen. |
↓
4Confirmed for the season
They are marked renewed, can carry on booking, and a receipt is available if they need one.
💡 Tip: Chase-ups can be automatic — set a reminder so members who haven’t renewed get a gentle nudge without you tracking it by hand.
