🧠Taking payments online
Let members pay subscriptions, match fees and event tickets online.
1Connect a payment provider
In Settings → Payments, connect your club’s payment account so cards can be taken online.

2Set your fees
Under Settings → Fees, set the amount for each membership type (and any event or match fees).
↓
3Members pay
When a renewal, event or match fee is due, members pay from their account or the app in a few taps.
↓
4Recorded automatically
The payment is captured, the member is marked paid, and it flows into your accounts — no manual entry.

5Reconcile
Match payments to your bank statement on the accounts reconcile screen so the books always balance.
💡 Tip: You can still record cash, cheque and BACS payments by hand — online payment sits alongside them, it doesn’t replace them.
