What happens from arriving at the club to heading home.
1Sign in
They tap their name on the sign-in tablet. If they have a rink booking today, one tap signs them in and marks them as coming to bowl.

Yes → a pop-up asks them to sign out of the earlier session first, then carries straight on. | No → they go straight through to their details. |

3Book a rink (if needed)
Free rinks show on the booking grid and the members’ app — they pick a rink and time.
↓
4Play
They enjoy their game; anyone can see who is on which rink from the green view or the TV display.
↓
5Sign out
On the way out they tap Sign out — or the club’s nightly auto sign-out closes it for anyone who forgets.
💡 Tip: Set an Auto sign-out time under Settings → System → Devices so forgotten sign-ins are tidied up automatically each night.
