📊 Reports

The Reports tab provides summary statistics for any date range — useful for committee meetings, AGM reports, and understanding usage patterns.

What’s included

• Bookings summary — totals, cancellations, bookings by rink (bar chart), by day of week, and top 5 most active members
• Membership breakdown — fee collected, outstanding renewals, active member counts by type
• Volunteer rota — total slots, fill rate, and unfilled slot count for the period

Date range

Use the From/To date pickers, or the quick-range buttons: This Month, Last Month, and This Season (1 April – 31 March of the current subscription year).

Common questions

What counts as "This Season"?

The subscription year runs 1 April to 31 March by default; the start month can be changed in Settings → General → Membership Settings. “This Season” always covers the current subscription-year window.

Can I export report data?

Reports → Report Library. The member list, the bookings, the rota and the season’s matches are all there, and every report exports as a spreadsheet, an Excel file or a PDF. Reports → Printed Sheets is for the rink and rota sheets, which are laid out to be written on rather than opened in a spreadsheet.
