🔄 Member Renewal Self-Service

Members can submit their renewal online without the secretary manually processing each one. Add [pvl_renewal] to a “Renew Membership” page in the member portal.

Members choose their membership type for next season (fees are set in Settings → 💷 Fees), then choose how to pay (BACS details shown automatically, or cheque/cash). On submit, the renewal date is set and the secretary receives an email notification.

Common questions

Does it take payment online?

Not directly — it records intent to renew and sends BACS details. For online card payments, connect a payment provider in Settings → Payments.

Where do I set the bank details for BACS?

Settings → 💷 Fees → BACS Payment Details. You can set account name, sort code, account number and reference prefix.
