📱 QR Codes & Barcodes

Pavilion uses QR codes in three places:

• Member check-in — each member has a unique QR on their profile page ([pvl_my_profile]). Stewards scan at the door to mark arrival.
• Booking confirmation — [pvl_booking_qr] shows a QR for the member’s next booking; the steward scans to verify.
• Equipment / inventory — each asset gets a QR code (auto-generated as PVL-EQUIP-N or custom). Shown on the Asset Report page.

Common questions

What app do stewards use to scan?

Any QR scanner — the built-in camera on iPhone/Android works, or the Members → Check-in admin page has a scan interface.

Can I print member QR cards?

Yes — go to Reports → 🪪 Member QR Report for a printable grid of all members with their QR codes.
