Two sheets, both laid out to be read on paper rather than opened in a spreadsheet.

The sheets

• Rink bookings sheet — the bookings over a range of dates, for pinning up or handing to whoever is on the door
• Duty rota sheet — the rota for the noticeboard, with the empty slots left empty so somebody can write in them

Everything else is a report now

The member list, the bookings, the rota and the season’s matches used to be four fixed downloads on this screen. They are in the Report Library, where the same figures come with conditions, grouping, subtotals and a choice of spreadsheet, Excel or PDF — and where a club can change them rather than take what it is given.

Two ways to get the same list, one of which does less, is a choice nobody should have to make.

Common questions

Where has the member list download gone?

Reports → Report Library → Members & membership. “Every current member” is the one that matches what this screen used to give you, and it exports as CSV, Excel or PDF.

Why are the sheets not reports?

A rink sheet is a form with boxes to write in, not a table of rows. The report builder makes tables, and it would make a poor job of a sheet somebody is meant to fill in by hand.

Can I have a report sent to me regularly?

Not on a schedule yet – a report is run when somebody opens it. Star the ones you use and they sit under Kept to hand at the top of the library.
