Purchase orders

Order parts from your suppliers with a proper order number, emailed from TradePro. When the delivery comes, press “Received” and the parts go into stock where you choose, onto the job if the order was for one, and into your expenses.

For example: PO-0012 to City Plumbing: 1 combi boiler and a flue kit for the Patel job, delivered to the lock-up. Received on Tuesday: both are booked out to the Patel job, its profit updates, and £1,180 goes into expenses.

Only part of it came
Change the “Arrived” numbers before pressing Received. The order shows as part received, and you can receive the rest later.

Re-ordering low stock
“Order what’s low” makes a draft order for each supplier with everything at or below its low-stock level.
