Invoice design

Choose how your quotes and invoices look: a layout, your logo and colour, the font, which columns show, and your bank details and terms. The preview on the right updates as you go and shows exactly what customers will see. Every quote and invoice — old and new — uses the design straight away.

For example: Pick “Modern”, upload your logo, set the colour to your van livery, add your sort code and account number, and type “Payment within 14 days of the invoice date” as your terms.

Questions people ask

Does changing the design change invoices I have already sent?
Their look, yes — customers always see the current design when they open the link. The numbers, lines and amounts never change.

What if my plan lapses?
Your quotes and invoices go back to the plain classic design. Your saved design is kept and comes back when the plan does.

How do I get a PDF?
Open the invoice and press “Print / PDF”, then choose “Save as PDF” in the print window. The layout is set up for A4.
