Forms and checks

Make your own forms: a risk assessment before work starts, a checklist at the end, a handover the customer signs, a daily van check. Engineers fill them in on their phone in the staff app, with photos and a signature, and every completed form is kept with the job.

For example: Daily van check: tyres, lights, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, each Pass or Fail, plus a photo of the dashboard. A Fail emails you straight away.

Questions people ask

Job form or general check?
A job form is filled in on a job and kept with it. A general check, like a van check, isn’t about one job; engineers find it under Checks in the app menu.

Can I change a form later?
Yes. Forms already filled in keep the questions they were answered with.
