Demo data
Demo data fills TradePro with a small heating and plumbing business: customers, a week of jobs, quotes, invoices and stock. Everything it adds is marked as demo, so Remove takes it all out again and leaves your own records alone. Refresh puts it back with dates around this week.
For example: Load the demo, open the Diary to see the week, accept a quote from the customer’s page, then press Remove when you are ready to start for real.
Questions people ask
Will it send emails?
No. Loading demo data sends nothing. If you press Email on a demo quote, it goes to a made-up example.com address.
Does it use up invoice numbers?
No. Demo quotes and invoices are numbered DEMO-…, so your own numbering starts where it should.
