Your diary on your phone

Copy your private calendar link into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook and your booked jobs appear there next to everything else. Your calendar app checks for changes by itself, usually every few hours (Google can take up to a day). Jobs are changed in TradePro, not in the calendar app.

For example: On an iPhone: Settings, Calendar, Accounts, Add Account, Other, Add Subscribed Calendar, then paste the link.

Questions people ask

Can other people see it?
Only someone with the link. Treat it like a password. If it gets shared by mistake, press “Make a new link” and the old one stops working.

Why don’t new jobs show straight away?
Calendar apps decide how often to check a subscribed calendar. TradePro always gives them the latest diary when they ask.
