Taking payments with PayPal
PayPal works through your PayPal.Me link. The customer is sent to it with the amount already filled in, and pays with their PayPal account or a card.
- Create your PayPal.Me link from your PayPal account if you do not have one yet.
- Enter just the name part, so for
paypal.me/yournameenteryourname, and tick Offer PayPal. - When the money arrives in PayPal, open the invoice and use Mark paid. PayPal.Me does not tell your website on its own.

Why do I have to mark PayPal payments as paid?
A PayPal.Me link does not report back to your website, so the invoice cannot know the money arrived until you say so.
