🙈 Ignored Files
Ignoring a file permanently excludes it from all future Media Library Manager scans. It will never appear in the Unlinked Media Files list, will not trigger Cleanup Rules, and will not affect your Health Score.
Use this for files that are legitimately kept without being embedded in post content — for example, files used in email campaigns, PDF exports, or served programmatically by a plugin or theme.
Questions people ask
Where can I see all ignored files?
Open Settings & Stats → Settings tab → scroll to the Ignored Files section.
Does ignoring a file delete it?
No. Ignoring only affects Media Library Manager scanning — the file remains in your Media Library and on your server unchanged.
How do I un-ignore a file?
Go to Settings → Ignored Files, find the file in the list, and click Remove. It will appear in future scans.
