💚 Health Score

The Health Score is a percentage measuring how well-maintained your media library is:

(Total files − Unlinked files) ÷ Total files × 100

The icon changes based on your configured thresholds:

  • ❤️ Healthy — at or above the green threshold (default 80%)
  • 🧡 Average — between amber and green thresholds (default 60–79%)
  • 🖤 Poor — below the amber threshold (default <60%)

Click the ⚙️ cog on the Health Score widget to customise the thresholds.

Questions people ask

My score dropped after adding new content — is that normal?
Yes. Newly uploaded files that haven’t been placed in content yet will temporarily reduce the score. Once embedded they’ll be detected as linked on the next scan.

Does a low score mean my site is broken?
No. It means you have unused media files taking up disk space. Your site functions normally regardless of the score.

Where do I set the thresholds?
Click the ⚙️ cog on the Health Score dashboard widget. Set the % at which the icon changes from ❤️ to 🧡 or 🖤.
