Email from your hosted website

Emails your website sends, such as booking confirmations and reminders, go out from bookings@modulefest.uk with your business name as the sender. When a customer replies, the reply comes to your email address, not to us.

Account emails, such as password resets, come from ModuleFest and name your website.

If emails aren’t arriving, ask the person to check their spam folder first, then raise a ticket with the date and the address.
