Booked, Free, Members and Players sit above the day grid, and each one opens to show what makes it up.

• Booked — every booking, with the rink, session, member, how many are playing and when they expect to be on the rink.
• Free — the rinks and sessions nobody has taken.
• Members — who has booked, and how many bookings each holds.
• Players — every booking with the names on it.

Each opens as a table with a Print button, which prints on its own rather than dragging the admin screen along with it.

The rows are gathered as the figure itself is counted, so a list can never disagree with the number above it.

Common questions

Nothing happens when I press one.

That figure is nought, so there is nothing behind it to show. Only figures with something in them can be opened.

Can I print the whole day instead?

Yes — Print on the toolbar prints the day grid. These are for the figures.
