Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited, at our choice, to re-supplying the software or refunding what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Why this is here

Pet Central is licensed under the GPL, which already carries its own “no warranty” wording for the code itself. This page says the same thing in plain English and covers the service around the code too — licensing, updates and the ModuleFest hub — so it is somewhere a customer can actually find it, rather than only in licence text nobody reads.
