Run a full scan, open the Unlinked Media Files list, confirm the files are genuinely unused, then move them to the Recycle Bin (with backup on) — nothing is deleted until the retention period expires, so you can restore anytime.

💡 If you are unsure about a file, move it to the Recycle Bin rather than deleting — you keep the space benefit during the retention window but can still restore it.
