A live rink availability grid, sessions, roll-ups, blackouts, a 7-day weather outlook and rain-off control – members book in seconds. Free in the Basic plan.
Join online, renewals, family memberships and a self-service portal – with pro-rata fees for anyone joining mid-year, discount codes, and members who renew on their own date, not just the club's. Free in the Basic plan.
Shirts, dinner tickets, an insurance levy – offered as an extra when members renew, with sizes and stock. Every order lands on their account, so there is no second list to chase. Standard plan.
One ledger for every subscription and fee, invoices, expenses, Gift Aid and bank reconciliation – the money side, sorted. Premium plan.
A real till on a tablet at the bar – cash, card or on a member's account, receipts, stock, and a guided cash-up at the end of the night. Premium plan.
73 reports ready to run and a builder for the rest – banded groups, subtotals and a grand total, exported as a spreadsheet or a PDF. Charts pin to a dashboard you arrange yourself. Free in the Basic plan.
