Resultat och mål — Framsteg och status

Progress is how far along the pupil is (not started, emerging, developing, secure, achieved). Status is what is happening with the outcome itself (working on, achieved, on hold, archived). Marking either as achieved sets the other to match, so lists never contradict themselves.

Anything still being worked on after its target date is flagged at the top of the list.
