Customer portal

A page on your website where customers see their visits, quotes, invoices and certificates, and can ask for a new visit. They sign in with a link emailed to the address you hold for them — no passwords. Only customers already on file can sign in.

For example: In Settings → Customer portal press “Create the portal page for me” (or make your own page with the shortcode [tradepro_portal]), then tick “Let customers sign in”.

Can a customer put it on their phone?
Yes. The portal shows an “Add to home screen” bar; on an iPhone it explains Share → Add to Home Screen. It is a separate app from the staff app, so one phone can have both.

It says the app is already installed, but it isn’t on my phone.
Chrome on Android sometimes remembers an app after it’s removed. Go to Settings → Apps → Chrome → Storage → Clear data, then add the app again. See the full guide on the ModuleFest Hub.
