A job moves from Enquiry to Booked in once it has a date, to On site, to Done. Cancelled jobs stay on record but leave the diary. TradePro warns you when a new booking overlaps another one.
For example: Boiler service, Tuesday 09:00 for 90 minutes, £85. Leave the address blank and the customer’s own is used.
