Activate Media Library Manager, run a full scan from the Dashboard, review the KPI Dashboard, then set your retention period and auto-scan in Settings — and optionally link the site to Keen2Support for in-app support and updates.

1. Activate Media Library Manager
The Media Library Manager menu appears in wp-admin
↓
2. Run your first full scan
Dashboard → 🔍 Run Full Scan
↓
3. Review the KPI Dashboard
See unlinked count, space used and health score
◆ Do you want in-app support and one-click updates?
↓
✓ Yes — link the site
Support → New Ticket → 🔗 Link now
Registers a private per-site token automatically
Updates now surface in WordPress
About/Support show installed vs latest
Skip for now
You can link later anytime
Everything else still works unlinked
1. Set retention period & auto-scan
Settings → choose a schedule and how long the bin keeps files

2. You are ready

Run a full scan and just review the results. Nothing is changed until you choose to move or delete files.

Do I have to link to Keen2Support?
No. Linking enables in-app tickets and hub updates, but all media-management features work without it.
