Quotes

Build a quote from lines — pick stock items (their price fills in) or type any text — send it, and the customer opens it from the email and presses Accept or Decline. You see the answer here and get an email. An accepted quote becomes an invoice in one click, with the same lines.

For example: New combi boiler: 1 × Worcester 30i supplied and fitted £2,150; 1 × system flush £250; 1 × magnetic filter £120. VAT is added per line once your VAT number is in Settings.

Perguntas frequentes

Can the customer change the quote?
No. They can only accept or decline. Edit and send it again if something changes.

What happens after “Valid until”?
The Accept button disappears, the quote shows as Expired, and any stock it was holding is free again. Set how many days quotes last under Settings → Quotes & invoices.

Can I give the customer a choice?
Yes. Tick “Give the customer a choice of options” on the quote and name up to three options, such as Repair, Replace and Replace with smart controls. Each line is either in every option or in one of them. The customer sees each option’s total and accepts the one they want; the invoice is made from that option only.
