Online booking

Customers book themselves in from your website: they pick what they need, see the days and times you are free, and fill in their details. The job goes straight into your diary. You can ask for a deposit by card for any service, so people who book are serious about it.

For example: Boiler service, 1 hour, from £85, £20 deposit. Mrs Patel books Thursday at 10am on her phone at 9pm, pays £20, and gets a confirmation. Her final invoice shows the £20 already paid.

Perguntas frequentes

Which times are shown?
Your working days, between the day start and end times in Settings, with enough notice, where nothing else is booked. With engineers (Premium), a time is free while any engineer is free, and the booking goes to that engineer.

What if they don’t finish paying?
The time is held for an hour while they pay. If the deposit hasn’t come through by then, the time is given back.

Deposits need Stripe
Switch on card payments with Stripe in Settings → Online payments. Without it, bookings go through with no deposit.
