Exports for your accounts

Download your invoices, payments and expenses for a period in the format your accounting software imports, so nothing has to be typed in twice. Pick the dates, press the button for your software, then follow the import steps shown under it.

For example: At the end of each month: last month → Xero → Sales invoices, then Bills. Import both in Xero, and your bank feed matches the payments.

Perguntas frequentes

Will it make duplicates?
Xero and QuickBooks refuse an invoice number they already have, so importing the same month twice doesn’t double up invoices. Keep to whole months and you won’t overlap.

Account codes
Xero needs an account code on every line. TradePro uses the codes from Xero’s standard UK chart of accounts; if your accountant set up different ones, change them under “Xero account codes”.

Can it sync by itself?
Not yet. A live link with each package is on the way; until then these files are the quickest route.
