Set up your socials
Get the Socials page ready so staff can post the day's walk photos in a couple of taps.
1 Open Socials In the main menu, go to Socials.
2 Write your default post text Set the text that pre-fills every post. Use {business} and {date} placeholders — staff can still edit it before posting.
3 Add hashtags Pop your usual hashtags in — they’re added on their own line beneath the text.
4 Add your links Optionally add your Facebook, Instagram and X links; they show as quick shortcuts on the share screen.
5 Choose how long photos are kept Under “Walk photo storage”, pick an auto-clean age (default 30 days) so photos don’t fill your server. “Purge photos now” clears old ones on demand.
6 Save Click “Save changes” — this page saves on its own. Then try the “📸 Share photos” button at the top to see the staff flow.
