🎬 Video guides

ModuleFest has made short narrated videos (about a minute or two each) for the main parts of Media Library Manager. They are listed under 🎬 Video guides on the About page and at the top of the Help Centre, and each screen links to its own video beside the page title:

• Dashboard — Getting started
• Media Manager — The deep scan, and The recycle bin (also beside the retention period in Settings & Stats)
• Tools — Image tools, and Duplicates, folders and cleanup rules
• Settings & Stats → Insights — The audit log

The help topics for those features (Recycle Bin, Duplicate Detector, Audit Trail and so on) have the same ▶ Watch the video line at the top. To watch them all in order, use Watch them all as a playlist under the Video guides list.

The videos are on the ModuleFest YouTube channel and open there, in a new tab. Nothing loads from YouTube inside your WordPress admin until you click a link. They are in English, with captions.

Why do the videos open on YouTube instead of playing here?
So your WordPress admin never loads anything from YouTube (no requests or cookies) unless you choose to watch.

Are there more videos coming?
Yes. New videos appear in the list after the next Media Library Manager update; the playlist and “All our videos on YouTube” always show the latest.

The videos used to say MediaVault. Are these different?
They were remade in October 2026 under the new name, Media Library Manager, and there is a new one on duplicates, folders and cleanup rules. Links in older versions of the plugin pointed at the old videos, which have been taken down — update to the latest version to get the new links.
