Timeplan — Bemanning, ferdigheter og ansvarlige

Drag teachers and teaching assistants from the tray onto a session to staff it. Open a session to set its lead (shown with a star), change rooms, or mark which pupils attend. Search the tray by name or skill to find the right person fast; each person is given a unique, contrasting colour, and colouring the grid by staff makes gaps easy to spot (unstaffed sessions show light grey).

Required skills. On the Subjects screen you can tick the skills a subject needs. If you then add a teacher who is missing any of them, a warning lists which, with Override (add anyway) or Cancel. The check is for teachers only — adding a teaching assistant never triggers it.

Classes across several groups. When you add someone to a session belonging to a class that runs for more than one group, a prompt offers to add them to the other linked sessions too (same class, same time, other groups) — listing them — so you can staff the whole placement in one go.
