Loyalty reports
Loyalty → Reports has ten reports on the card, each with Print and CSV:
- Scheme summary: customers with stamps, stamps on cards, rewards issued, used, waiting and expired, the redemption rate and the discount given.
- Stamps earned by month: visits stamped, customers and rewards issued, month by month.
- Card balances: every customer’s card, how many to go, and rewards waiting.
- One visit away: who fills their card next time.
- Most loyal customers: ranked by visits stamped.
- Rewards waiting to be used and Expiring in the next 30 days.
- Rewards issued, Rewards used (with the invoice and the discount given) and Rewards that expired unused, for any dates.
They are worked out from the cards, the reward codes and the invoices, so they always match what the customer sees.
1 Open Loyalty → Reports Clients & Pets → Loyalty card, then the Reports tab. Searching Reports for “loyalty” finds each one too.
2 Pick a report on the left Dated reports have quick ranges and a from/to.
3 Print or CSV Top right of each report.
FAQ
Why are stamps I added by hand not in the visits count?
They are on the card, but they are not visits. Card balances include them; the visit reports do not.
