Lesrooster — Locaties & lokalen

Rooms are a managed list, not free text. A location (a site — e.g. a building) groups several rooms/areas beneath it. Set them up under Rooms: add your locations first, then add rooms to each.

A class is set against a room (chosen from the list), and each session it places inherits that room. You can change an individual session’s room from its popup. Every session shows both the location and the room (e.g. “Main site · Hall”), on the grid, in the popup, in the “By room” view and in the family & staff apps.

Prefer different words? Rename Location (to “Site”) and Room (to “Area”) on the Terminology tab.
